I have over twenty five years’ experience working within the global technology talent industry, in various roles from Global Account Director, Regional Sales Director, Managing Director, Strategist, Coach, Mentor, including a number of interim leadership positions.

As one of the UK's most experienced recruitment leaders, my understanding of the telecommunication and technology industries and their associated talent pools runs deep and wide.

I design meaningful and creative sales playbooks and presentations, with over 15 years experience and consider myself fortunate to work with all kinds of people from many sectors of industry.

I have a diverse skill set which enables me to be holistic in my approach to each project. I also have the ability to work with my clients to craft their content, ensuring focused and concise messaging.

I support Jason Bandy, Krystina Petrovic and our onsite recruitment partners to identify and develop talent pools, undertake pre-screening activities, coordination of interviews, creation and maintenance of talent acquisition playbooks whilst ensuring the highest quality candidate care throughout the hiring process.

I have spent the last 15 years recruiting a broad range of technology skills, driving talent acquisition process improvement and hiring programs. Right now I am specialising in next generation technology recruitment for our high-tech start up clients, with a particular interest in the provision of talent with Kubernetes, Terraform, GoLang, RUST and REACT specialisms.

I help our high tech customers to identify and develop talent pools, undertake pre-screening activities, coordination of interviews and process adherence whilst ensuring the highest quality candidate care throughout the hiring process.

 Based in San Diego, California, USA, Kimberly has over 20 years of experience recruiting across North and South Americas for SW Engineering and Product talent. Kimberley has worked across FinTech, SaaS, Telco, Healthcare and Biotech.
